1. About Agrozemex

Agrozemex is an agricultural marketplace platform primarily focused on agricultural land listings, with additional functionality for agricultural crop listings.

Agrozemex provides technology that allows users to discover, publish, manage, and interact with agricultural marketplace listings.

Agrozemex is a platform provider and is not necessarily the owner, seller, buyer, broker, agent, surveyor, legal representative, or intermediary for any particular property or crop listed by users.

2. User Accounts

Certain Agrozemex features require you to create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information.
• Keep your account information reasonably up to date.
• Protect your login credentials.
• Not share your account credentials with unauthorized persons.
• Not impersonate another person.
• Not create accounts for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by unauthorized access that was not reasonably preventable by you.

3. Land Listings

Users may publish agricultural land listings through Agrozemex.

Land listings may contain information such as:

• Land area.
• Location.
• Mapped boundaries.
• Soil information.
• Water availability.
• Infrastructure.
• Asking price.
• Ownership-related information.
• Photographs.
• Other listing information.

Users who publish land listings are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide is accurate and that they have the appropriate authority to publish the listing.

4. No Guarantee of Legal Title

Agrozemex does not independently guarantee:

• Legal ownership.
• Title validity.
• Government registration.
• Survey accuracy.
• Boundary accuracy.
• Land measurements.
• Encumbrance-free ownership.
• Seller authority.
• Availability of the property.
• Legal status of a property.

A mapped land boundary displayed in Agrozemex is provided as a marketplace/map visualization and should not be treated as legal proof of ownership or a legally certified property boundary.

Users should independently verify land records, title documents, government records, measurements, ownership, and other relevant information before entering into any transaction.

5. Agricultural Crop Listings

Agrozemex may allow users to publish agricultural crop listings.

Users are responsible for the accuracy of information including:

• Crop type.
• Quantity.
• Price.
• Origin.
• Quality or grade.
• Availability.
• Images.
• Description.

Agrozemex does not guarantee the quality, quantity, availability, authenticity, or condition of crops listed by users.

6. User-Generated Content

Users may upload photographs, descriptions, property information, crop information, and other content.

You represent that:

• You have the right to submit the content.
• The content is not intentionally misleading.
• The content does not unlawfully infringe another person's rights.
• The content does not contain unlawful or prohibited material.

Agrozemex may remove content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or platform safety requirements.

7. Transactions Between Users

Agrozemex may facilitate discovery and communication between users, but unless explicitly stated otherwise, Agrozemex is not a party to transactions between users.

Users are responsible for independently evaluating:

• The other party.
• Property documentation.
• Crop information.
• Pricing.
• Payment arrangements.
• Contracts.
• Delivery arrangements.
• Legal requirements.
• Any applicable taxes, fees, or registration requirements.

Users should exercise appropriate caution before making payments or entering into agreements.

8. Prohibited Activities

You must not use Agrozemex to:

• Commit fraud.
• Publish deliberately false listings.
• Impersonate another person.
• Publish property that you have no authority to list.
• Misrepresent ownership.
• Misrepresent land boundaries.
• Upload unlawful content.
• Harass or threaten other users.
• Attempt unauthorized access to another account.
• Interfere with the operation or security of Agrozemex.
• Use the platform for unlawful activities.
• Upload malicious software or harmful code.
• Circumvent security or access controls.

9. Platform Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but Agrozemex may occasionally experience:

• Maintenance.
• Technical problems.
• Server interruptions.
• Network problems.
• Third-party service outages.
• Security-related interruptions.

We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

10. Intellectual Property

The Agrozemex name, branding, interface, software, design, logos, graphics, and original platform content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Agrozemex's proprietary materials without appropriate authorization.

11. Account Deletion

You can delete your Agrozemex account using the account deletion functionality provided within the application.

When an account deletion request is completed, associated personal information will be deleted in accordance with the Agrozemex Privacy Policy, except information that we are legally required or legitimately permitted to retain.

12. Suspension or Termination

Agrozemex may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary, including where a user:

• Violates these Terms.
• Engages in fraudulent activity.
• Misuses the platform.

Where appropriate, users may contact support regarding account restrictions.

13. Third-Party Services

Agrozemex may depend on third-party services such as authentication, hosting, mapping, storage, or other infrastructure.

Those services may have their own terms and policies.

Agrozemex is not responsible for independent third-party services outside its reasonable control.

14. Limitation of Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Agrozemex is not responsible for losses arising from:

• Inaccurate user-generated listings.
• Transactions between users.
• Disputes between buyers and sellers.
• Incorrect land information supplied by users.
• Incorrect crop information supplied by users.
• Reliance on mapped boundaries as legal boundaries.
• Third-party service interruptions.
• Unauthorized activity resulting from compromised user credentials.

Users should conduct appropriate independent verification before making important decisions.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The updated version will include a revised Last Updated date.

Continued use of Agrozemex after an applicable update means you acknowledge the updated Terms.
